  7. Coat pan with more olive oil & bring pan up to medium-high heat. Cook burgers 5-6 minutes on each side. Place on toasted bun, top with favorite garnishments.
  8. Mix 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mayo with 2 tbls. sambal oelek to make spread for turkey burgers. Lightly spread on toasted buns.
