- Combine 1 1/3 teas. corn starch. 2 tbls. soy sauce, honey, sambal, sesame oil, & rice vivegar in a microwave safe bowl stirring w/ whisk until smooth. microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes until it slightly thickens, stirring twice. Stir in garlic. Combine soy sauce mix, chicken, cashews, celery; toss to cost chicken.
- Heat tortillas in pan on med. heat until lightly blistered, turning often. place 2 tortillas on 4 plates, split chicken mix evenly on each tortilla. Top each taco w/ green onion & bell pepper, servew/ lime wedges.
