- Prepare 1/2 cup milk

- Make ready 2 cups flour
- Prepare 4 tbp corn flour
- Make ready 1 tbp red chilli powder

Line a baking tray with non-stick paper or cooking spray. Place the Doritos into a zip-seal bag along with all the dried spices. Seal the bag and crush the Doritos with any hard object - rolling pins and the spine of a hardback book works great. - Prepare yellow sauce in a bowl by adding mayonnaise, hot/chilli sauce, ketchup, mustard paste and salt. Mix and set aside.
- Prepare white sauce in a bowl by adding pickled cucumber, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper powder, garlic and onion powder.
- Prepare flour coating in a big bowl by adding all-purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt and black pepper powder.
- Prepare egg batter in a bowl by adding egg and milk. Beat them and keep aside.
- Take each fillet coat in dry batter, dip in egg batter and again coat in dry batter.
- Dust extra coating and deep fry in hot oil on medium low flame until sides are brown and crispy.
- Serve with fries and ketchup
