  4. Toss you crab meat in the pot and Sautee for about 3 minutes
  5. Add the 4 cups of water to the pot and then add your spices to the water and stir
  6. Add your rinsed rice to the seasoned water and bring to a boil then turn on low and cover
  7. After about 10 minutes add the bacon and shrimp and continue to cook covered
  8. Finally when rice is done, stir in the butter and serve
  9. If you want a kick add red pepper flakes

Put the seafood in a bowl and toss with half the oil. Remove from the pan, cut the squid into rings and set aside with the prawns. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan or paella pan over a medium heat. A simple seafood rice recipe using curry paste and shrimp (prawns) mixed with cooked rice.
