When broccoli is cooked, use paper towels to absorb any excess water. Mix together rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, Cheez Whiz, and water chestnuts. Cover and reduce the heat to low. Once the rice is tender, stir in broccoli, ½ cup of the cheddar cheese, and ½ cup of the Gouda cheese.

- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
