  1. In wok, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil on medium high

  4. Stir constantly and cook for 5 minutes. Adding 2 tablespoons soy sauce (you can add more to taste) mushrooms and frozen peas and carrots.
  5. Add egg and half the green onions. Stir for 2 more minutes or until peas are no longer cold. Then enjoy! Serve hot with remaining green onions as garnish. (You can add meat to this recipe as well)

You can even cook the rice the night before. The longer the rice sits the better it tastes! Next, I add lots of veggies to this homemade fried rice. For flavor I add soy sauce and oyster sauce. I like to add Sriracha for a little kick.
