  1. Soak rajma over night and pressure cook till it is soft. Drain properly.

  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and cumin seeds. Let it splutter well and then add black cardamom. Now add chopped onions. Fry onions and after some time add chopped green chilies, Ginger garlic paste. let onion become little brown.
  3. Now add cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt and 1 tablespoon sattu. Mix and let all spices become fragrant. Cook at least for 5 minutes.Now add the mixture of mashed rajma and potato.
  4. Cook this mixture to blend everything well with each other. saute for more 5 minutes or until dry. Mix chopped coriander and allow it to cool.
  5. Add 1 more table Sattu and make round shape kababs and shallow fry on flat non-stick pan. Keep on adding oil and cook, adjust the flame and cook till kababs are good brown in colour. These are very soft so make sure they don’t break while flip flopping.
  6. Now Garnish with cut onions, lemons and serve hot.
