  5. Add green peas and 2 tbsp water. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  6. Add chopped tomatoes,spice powders except pav bhaji masala and salt.
  7. Mash with a masher as it's cooking
  8. Add the pav bhaji masala.Add the mashed potatoes and continue mashing with the masala
  9. Add spinach puree. Then goes in 2 cups of water.
  10. Add a blob if butter.Simmer and cook for 10 minutes..
  11. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon. Simmer for a minute and switch off.
  12. Toast the paste with generous amount if butter on hot tawa. Keep the onion and lemon wedges ready.
  13. Garnish with freshly chopped onions,freshly chopped coriander,a blob of butter,lemon wedges, tomato slices and butter toasted pavs.
