  1. Boil green peas, carrot, cabbage, Cauliflower all the vegetables in pressure cooker. Keep aside don't discard it's water.
  2. In a heavy bottomed vessel add oil and two tablespoons of butter. Add jeera. When it crackles add onions and saute till transculent.
  3. Now add Capsicum and saute for 2 mins. Now add pav Bhaji masala and saute for 2 mins. Now add boiled vegetables and mash them well with masher. Mix well and saute for about 4 to 5 mins.
  4. Now add tomato puree to it and let it cook till it oozes out oil. Its time to add water left after boiling vegetables. U can add more water if required.
  5. Cover and cook it for some time. In a while u will see oil oozes out.
  6. Now take pav and cut into halves.. apply butter on tava and sprinkle some pav Bhaji masala and rub pav on it.
  7. Pav and bhaji is ready now. Now keep sizzler plate on gas. When sizzler plate is hot, place cabbage leaves over it and place Bhaji on one side and pav on another along with chopped onions and lemon wedges. On the sides of sizzler put butter cubes and serve immediately to your loved ones.
