- SUJI DHOKLA:In a bowl take suji
- Add some salt per taste.Add curd,ginger, green chilli.Mix everything
- Add 1/4 cup water and gradually keep adding to make the right consistency dough
- Now cover the dough and leave for 15 min
- Add some more water and make the dough of idly dosa batter consistency.
- Keep the steamer ready.
- Now add fruit salt
- Take a pan and grease it with oil.Fill the pan and keep it steaming for 20 mins
- Dhokla is ready.Let it cool down
- MASALA DHOKLA:Heat oil in a pan.Add jeera.
- When it start crackling add a pinch of hing,garlic,spring onions.
- Add little salt as dhokla has already salt.
- Add pav bhaji masala,Kashmiri red chilli powder,tomatoes,and ketchup.Masala is ready
- Add 1/2 tbs water to avoid the burnt of masala.Now add cut dhokla
