- Then add tomato puree 1/ 4 cup water & 1/4 teaspooon salt. Then we will cover the pan
- Add the pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder & 1 teaspoon of salt & 1 teaspoon of salt & you can also add sugar(optional)
- Mix well & you can also add kasuri methi
- Stirin the boiled veggies & mix
- Mash the veggies with the masala
- Remaining 3/4 cup water & mix well
- Cover the pot & set on low flam. & bhaji simmer on low heat for 15 minutes…and open the pot & add the butter & paneer cubes
- To toast the pav, butter on a pan. - Sprinkle some pav bhaji masala on the top of the buttor and then place the buneson rahein pan
- Press the toast the pav & golden brown from both sides - To serve the pav bhaji, place ladle full of bhaji in a plate…& serve with 2 pavs and a side of chooped onions & a lemon wedge
