Mix everything well and cook till tomatoes are cooked completely.
  5. Add boiled green peas, smashed potatoes, mix well. Smash everything well with a smasher. Add water. And further cook for 3 to 4 mins. Switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and chopped fresh green coriander leaves. Mix well. Bhaji is ready.
  6. After an hour, dough will be doubled in size. Punch the dough and knead. Divide the dough in two equal parts and make smooth balls. Take one ball and roll into a thick roti (1/4 cm) using dry flour.
  7. Make 8 cuts from center of the roti to the middle as shown in pic. Place the prepared bhaji in the middle of the roti around the cuts and put cheese on it. Fold the roti on bhaji.
  8. Brush roti with some milk. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake in an preheated oven for 15 to 20 mins at 180 degrees centigrade. Time and temperature may vary according to the oven you are using.
  9. Remove from oven and immediately brush with butter. Keep aside for 5 mins.
