  1. Firstly,we have to make bhaji. So,take a cooker and put 1-2 glass of water. Now add all chopped vegetables (2 potatoes,3 carrots,1tomato,8-10 peas,2 green chillies,1raddish, half capsicum). Cover it with lid, Till 8-10 whistles came.
  2. Now,take a kadai and add 2tpsp oil in it. Let it warm. Then add jeera in it. Mix it,till the zeera turn brown in colour. Then add 3chopped onion,2 chopped tomatoes,1 chopped green chili.
  3. Now add spices in the amount of 1tpsp(pav bhaji masala,salt, pepper,haldi). Mix well
  4. After whistles open the lid of cooker and mash all the vegetables properly as shown in picture below. Then mix it in the kadahi. Mix well.
  5. Cut pav from centre as shown.Put the pan on the stove. Let it warm. Put oil on it approx. 2tbsp.Then put pav on it and press it with your hand or any cloth.
  6. Your pav bhaji is ready. Serve it
