- Chop and Wash cauliflower potato 1pc. Onion. add fresh green peas pressure cook make 3 whistles. Turn off flame and let it cool.
- Meanwhile, heat 1tbsp butter and oil chopped onion and capsicum salt saute till onion looks transparent add tomato puree mix well and cover cook for 2-3min. Now add coriander powder. Red chilli powder, turmeric powder and pav bhaji masala and black salt mix well, add 1/4cup water and cook on low flame.
- Now mash all pressure cooked veggies and add in a pan mixture. With the same water mash with masher and cook on low flame.
- Now heat butter in a pan add garlic paste saute and add tadka in a bhaji mixture sprinkle chopped coriander and add lemon juice. Yummy delicious instant bhaji is ready to serve. Serve with masala pav papad lemon and salad.
