- Get 400 grams mutton keema
- Take 2 whole red chillies
- Prepare 2 small elaichi
- Take 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- Take 1 small cinammon stick

- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder

- Take 2 tbsp chane Ka aata
- Take 1 medium sized onion

Mutton Seekh Kebab is a Mughlai delicacy prepared with minced mutton, onions and a blend of spices. It is a delicious and mildly spicy dish that has incredible taste and flavours. These succulent kebabs are ideal appetizers for special occasions like kitty parties and game nights. You can serve this dish with mint chutney or tomato ketchup to your loved ones on occasions like Bakri-Id and Eid.
Steps to make Mutton seekh:
- Wash the keema and keep in strainer for 30 mins,then put in a bowl.Grind the onion and discard all it's water.
- Heat a pan put cumin + kabab chini + whole red chilli + Laing + cinnamon+ elaichi and dry roast it and put in grinder add all the remaining spices and grind it to a powder form.Your seekh masala is ready..
- Put seekh masala to the keema (as per taste) add salt + onion + green chilli + coriander leaves and mix well,then make slices of papaya piece and add to the keema, mix and keep in refrigerator for 5 hours.
- After 5 hours discard papaya pieces and add chane Ka ata and mix well.
- Clean the skerwers and take keema and shape them like seekh kabab by greasing water and cook on a barbecue/gas/oven.
- Serve seekh with mint chutney, onions and lemon
