  10. Take 1 tsp corinader cumin powder
  11. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
  12. Take 3-4 tbsp roasted gram flour

  14. Prepare 1 coal piece

Mutton Seekh Kebab is made from minced lamb meat (mutton meat / bakra meat). The ground spiced goat meat is minced and molded onto the skewers and cooked over tandoor or on hot tawa. You can also deep fry these kebab's but remember Lamb (Mutton) already contains tons of Fats and frying it will make it more Fatty.   1. Blend the keema in a blender to make it fine and smooth and drain out excess water
  2. Mix all the ingredients - pastes and powders with keema and knead it well
  3. Add coal effect with some oil and clove, pepper and a small piece of cinnamon. Keep this small bowl of coal smoke on kneaded keema and cover with a lid for 2 hours
  4. Roll the keema in around the skewer and shallow fry on medium flame. You may keep them in tikki form if you prefer
  5. Garnish with mint chutney, onion, lemon and chat masala
