  1. In a pan take 1 tbspn oil. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves and green chillies.. saute them well.
  2. Now add boil qeema, and add chilli powder, grm msala powder, dhniya powder,chaat masala. Saute it well.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Switch off the gas. Add in seekh kabab msala.mix well.
  5. On ice cream sticks, make shape of kababs and fry.
  6. Done… Enjoy
  7. If seekh kabab masala not available, add roasted besan and corn flour in it's place……..
