- In a pan add ghee heat it.remove the corner of the bread and cut into four pieces.fry in the ghee till golden brown from both side.transfer on tissue paper to absorb extra ghee. Keep aside.
- In a heavy bottom pan add milk and boil it on high flame.before boiling take out 1/4 cup milk and add corn flour mix well and keep aside.when a boil comes add corn flour mixture and cooked on medium flame for 5 minutes. stir continuously.
- Now turn the flame low add condensed milk and 1/4 cup beaten cream. mix very well. Cook another 6-7 minutes when it becomes thick turn off the flame.
- Now take a serving dish assemble bread pieces pour half mixture of prepared milk.spread 1/4 cup coconut,and half dry fruits.then again assemble the bread pieces on it for second layer.this time spread remaining coconut first then pour milk mixture and the pour remaining cream evenly sprinkle all over dry fruits.put the dish into refrigerator for one hour for set.
- After one hour take our from fridge. Serve and enjoy this Arabic dish
