Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and finely slice. Add sea salt, pepper, paprika and wine and bring to the boil. Beef Stroganoff is a retro classic we'll love forever.   8. Toss the spaghetti with the chicken or serve the chicken gravy on the bed of sphagetti.
