- In a heavy bottom pan heat oil - And sauté onions - Till it becomes transparent

- Now add the spice powder and salt
- Add some water to cook the gravy
- Now add the vinegar and sauté them
- Once the oil started to separate from the gravy adjust the salt
- Break open eggs in top of the gravy do not mix it - Cover with lid and cook for 5 min or till the egg done
- Garnish with coriander and serve with bread or roti
