  2. Add diced onion,sautee a little, then add garlic
  3. Start adding the vegetables, coriander, then bell peppers, sautee all together, then add the tomatoes,
  4. Stir all together untill combined
  5. Cover the skillet and let simmer at low heat
  6. When the mixture (sauce) is thick and reachs the desired doneness,add salt and cumin stir to mix well and turn off heat
  7. Pure mixture in serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley or coriander
  8. It's served as hot appetizer,
