  2. In a deep based frying pan heat oil.Add chopped onions.Shallow fry.Add ginger garlic paste and thereafter chpped tomatoes. Stir for about 4-5 minutes till tomatoes become tender.
  3. When halfcooked add tomato sauce,paparika powder and cinnamon powder.Add salt and sugar.Add half cup water and bring ingredients to boil.Stir occassionally.
  4. As gravy thickens make two shallow space side by side turning the flame at a simming node.
  5. Break consecutively two eggs and put them in the two shallow spaces.Cover the pan with a lid.
  6. Allow the eggs to get poached and the gravy to get tighten.Turn off the flame and allow to stand for sometime. Thereafter serve.
