  1. Heat oil in cast iron skillet,over medium heat
  2. Add the onions and pepper cook for about 6 minutes
  3. Add garlic stir for additional minute,became fragrant
  4. Add,cumin and paprika,salt and pepper and tomatoes bring to boil
  5. Then reduce heat low,simmer reduce until tomato sauce thickens like a stew about 10 minutes
  6. Create six small nest in stew and cracks the eggs one by one,in the skillet over tomatoes.
  7. Season with black pepper crushed and cook for 10 minutes or until eggs yolk cooked
  8. Now garnishing with coriander and green chillies. Enjoy
