Cook it for 30 seconds then switch off the flame. Remember when it comes down to room temperature or cools down completely, it would become thicker in consistency. So switch off the flame accordingly.
  4. Now your caramel sauce is ready. Wait till the caramel sauce gets cool down completely.
  5. Now let's come to making chocolates. In a large bowl, add milk, dark & white compound & microwave it for about a minute. Then add ghee to it and mix everything completely. Now the chocolate will become smooth and shiny.
  6. Now pour a little quantity of melted chocolate in your chocolate moulds. Spread it evenly, as shown in the image below. Now keep e in a freezer for 10 mins to set.
  7. Then remove it from the freezer and pour it with the caramel sauce filling. Then again keep it in the freezer for 5 mins. Remove it & fill the rest with the melted chocolate again. Fill the mould completely. Now again keep the mould inside the freezer for about 20 mins to set it completely.
  8. After 20 mins, remove it from the freezer, then demould it and enjoy.
