  1. Cook chicken
  2. In 3-quart saucepan, heat 1 1/2 c milk, frozen peas and carrots, celery, chicken and soup to a boil.
  3. In small bowl, stir together Bisquick mix and 1/3 c milk until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto chicken mixture (do not drop directly into liquid). Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Cook uncovered over low heat 10 minutes
  5. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.

Cook, covered, on high until mixture reaches a simmer. Drop dumplings on top of simmering soup, a few at a time. Place the self-raising flour and a pinch of sea salt in a mixing bowl. Coarsely grate in the butter and rub together until it resembles breadcrumbs. When the time's up, loosen the stew with a good splash of water if needed, season to perfection.
