Add water, vinegar and salt (adding more water, if necessary, to cover chicken). Reduce heat; cover and simmer until meat nearly falls from the bones. Instructions to make Chicken N' Dumplin's:
  1. Wash chicken before starting anything.
  2. Place chicken in a large pot. Fill with water until it just covers the chicken.
  3. Turn stove on to med-high heat and cover for 45 min.
  4. Once chicken is done, remove and cut into strips or chunks.
  5. Pour out half the water left in the pot.
  6. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Lower heat to med. Let everything boil before adding chicken peices.
  8. Once it's reached boiling point, slowly add the biscut dough, making them into thumb nail size.
  9. Once finishes with the dough, turn heat off and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Stir well to incorporate the flour roux well.
