For the cheeseburger egg rolls: In a large pan, fry up the bacon. Once cooked, remove the pieces from the pan and set aside to cool. In the same pan, cook the diced onion until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for just about a minute.

- Brush all edges with egg wash
- Roll up about 1/4 cup filling into wrapper, folding in sides to enclose filling completely
- Heat oil in a large pot or dutch oven to 350. Add egg rolls, just a couple at a time and cook until golden turning once
