The ingredients needed to make Dalgona Coffee Ice cream:
  1. Get 1/2 cup +2 tbsp Whipping Cream
  2. Prepare 2 Tsp Coffee Powder
  3. Take 4 Tsp Granulated Sugar
  4. Make ready 2 Tsp Warm Water
  5. Make ready 4 Tsp Milk Powder
  6. Make ready 1/2 Cup Milk
  7. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Powdered Sugar (As per taste)

Like dalgona coffee, there are two main components to the dessert: coffee and milk (in this case a mix of condensed milk and whipped cream to give it richness). But instead of having two distinct layers like the beverage, we made marbled ice pops, so there's a nice mix of both bitter and milky flavours with every bite. No Churn Dalgona Coffee Ice Cream. 2. Beating process electrically will take hardly 3-4 minutes. Hand beating will take much longer to get this medium soft peak consistency.
  3. Now add whipping cream. It should be chilled.
  4. Beat it until you get medium soft peaks I.e, not very soft neither stiff peaks.
  5. Now add milk powder in it. Mix with spatula. Dont use beater now. We dont want to overwhip.
  6. Add 1/2 Cup milk (normal temperature)
  7. Mix with spatula until you get nice smooth consistency as shown.
  8. Now taste the batter and if you feel that sugar is required then add at this stage.
  9. Make sure if you are adding sugar then it should be powdered.
  10. Here I am adding only 1/2 tsp sugar because I prefer my ice cream less sweeten. Also, Ice cream gets more sweet, once it gets freezed. So be careful in adding sugar.
  11. Please note: Whipping cream has it's own sweetness, milk powder is also sweet, dalgona coffee too is sweet.
  12. Now take air tight container, pour in the Ice cream batter, cover with cling wrap or foil paper. Secure with lid and let it freeze for minimum 3-4 hours or as per the voltage of your freezer.
  13. Securing it in air tight container is very important to avoid ice crystals.
  14. Serve cool !
