  2. Take 400 grams Minced beef

  11. Take 1 1/2 Packet of cream crackers
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp sea salt
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp ground black peppercorn
  14. Take Sauce & Pasta
  15. Take 2 can 400g Chopped Tomatoes
  16. Take 1 bunch chopped basil
  17. Make ready 2 clove chopped garlic
  18. Take 3 tbsp mixed herbs
  19. Take 1 sprig rosemary
  20. Make ready 1 loosely chopped small red onion
  21. Make ready 2 pinch sea salt
  22. Get 1 packet of your favourite pasta

A grown-up will need to help here. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Cover the meatballs and refrigerate until required. Heat the oil in a stainless steel saucepan.

Instructions to make Homemade meatballs & Pasta:
  1. mix all ingredients for meatballs together bar the crackers
  2. place all crackers into a tea towel or food bag and smash them up with a rolling pin until theyre all finely ground then add to meatball mix
  3. roll up the meatball mix once everything has been mixed into a giant ball and then after wetting your hands with water begin to take chunks out and roll into equal sized balls dependin on how big or small you like your balls
  4. fire up your frying pan on a medium to high heat with some olive oil and fry all the balls until browned
  5. once browned take off the heat and place balls on a plate and get going with your pasta, add the sprig of rosemary the mixed herbs and salt into the water and when brought to the boil put in your pasta and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes
  6. now with the same pan you used for your balls add some more oil and toss in your onions and garlic until browned
  7. throw in your basil and fry for a minute before putting in your chopped tomatoes and salt and bring to the boil
  8. once boiled reduce heat to simmer and add your balls and leave to simmer until pasta cooked
  9. take off the heat toss in your pasta gently mix together so as not to damage your balls and serve with a garnish of basil on the top along with some grated cheese of your choice

Cover the meatballs and refrigerate until required. Heat the oil in a stainless steel saucepan. Add the sliced onion and the crushed garlic, toss until coated.
