Mix Paneer balls with corn flour fry it in a kadai till it become brown. In a separate kadai, fry onions till brown. Cut green chilli into small pieces and add it to fried onion. Frying the paneer: First make the batter.

  1. Lightly sauté the paneer cubes in a frying pan till it turns out golden.
  2. Shallow fry the veggies with ginger and garlic. Pour in the sauces and continue stirring in between. Meanwhile add some lukewarm water with the corn starch and mix well till it becomes a solution. Pour it in the veggies adding salt and some vinegar.
  3. When the gravy is boiling add in the paneer cubes and stir well. Serve hot.
