  2. Make ready 1 cup dry red kidney beans

  6. Make ready 2 cups fresh diced tomatoes
  7. Prepare 1 cup sauce tomatoes
  8. Make ready 2 tablesspoons of water

  10. Make ready Seasoning : Scallions, garlic, onion powder, Sazon, roasted garlic herbs & Mrs.Dash

To use, let the vegan chili defrost in the fridge overnight. Then, reheat it in a saucepan, stirring occasionally and adding a bit of water, if necessary. In a large pot, sauté the onion and the garlic in the olive oil until soft. Add the celery and carrot and sauté with the onions.

Instructions to make Vegan Chili:
  1. Make Dry beans or use canned beans but watch your sodium contents.
  2. With a low flame under your pot add water & Impossible meat, chopped meat & cook until brown
  3. Add in beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green pepper, mushrooms & corn. Season to your own liking
  4. Cover & cook on low heat for 35 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice or eat it by itself.

In a large pot, sauté the onion and the garlic in the olive oil until soft. Add the celery and carrot and sauté with the onions. Then add the canned tomato, vegetable stock and tomato paste. Add the drained kidney beans and black beans, chili powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper and paprika and stir in. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into bite-sized chunks, then place onto a baking tray.
