Heat the milk and butter in a small pan, then pour over the potatoes. Remove from the heat, then mash potatoes. Place the potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two.

  3. Add in the sliced cheese to make it even more creamier & richer…finally, as the mixture starts leaving the wok/pan, turn off the flame & dish out immediately
  4. Transfer it to a serving platter…garnish with a dollop of butter, a pinch of black peppers & a bit more chopped coriander & ENJOY 😋
