  1. In a skillet cook onion, garlic and ground beef or turkey
  2. In a crock pot combine all ingredients and cook on high for 1 hour. Add water if needed.
  3. Reduce to low and cook additional 2 hours.

Brown the ground beef and cook and crumble until brown. Add in Remaining Ingredients: Add in the beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, pinto beans, kidney beans.
