The ingredients needed to make Pumpkin Chili:

Instructions to make Pumpkin Chili:
  1. Saute meat, onions and garlic in a pot until browned
  2. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. For the beer, IPA is good if you're going spicy and light beer is good for mild. For the chilis, I like arbol and chipotle, but do whatever you like.
  4. Cover and simmer for at least a half hour, but the longer the better.
  5. Plate, add cheese and sour cream to taste, and serve!

When the display reads HOT add the ground beef. Once the meat is half way cooked through, add the diced onions. Return the ground turkey back to the stock pot. Add the diced tomatoes, pumpkin puree, and stock. Season with cumin, chili powder, and cinnamon.
