Crème Caramel is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It is simple, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They are nice and they look wonderful. Crème Caramel is something which I have loved my whole life.

Take the crème caramels out of the oven, remove the ramekins from the tray and set on a cooling rack. When cool, transfer to the fridge overnight so that the caramel is absorbed into the custard. Bring the milk to simmering point. Put the eggs and yolks in a bowl with the sugar and whisk lightly together.

The ingredients needed to make Crème Caramel:
  1. Prepare 300 ml milk
  2. Prepare 8 tablespoons sugar
  3. Make ready 2 eggs
  4. Make ready 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Then loosen it around the sides with a palette knife, put quite a deep serving plate on top and then turn it upside down and give it a hefty shake. Instructions to make Crème Caramel:
  1. In a pan (not nonstick) take 6 tablespoons of sugar. Add 2 tablespoons of water and caramelize it. Don’t burn the sugar as they tend to burn very soon.
  2. Pour the caramel in ramekins/mold and let it cool. Do not put in fridge or vapor condenses on the caramel
  3. In a pan add milk and warm it.
  4. Crack two eggs in a bowl. To it add 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla essence.
  5. To it add the milk gradually or else the egg will scramble.
  6. Put it in a blender and mix it. Run the blender for few seconds else the mixture will become frothy.
  7. Strain the mixture and pour it in the ramekins/ moulds
  8. Bake it at 150°C till it remains little squishy in the middle(moves on moving) but completely set outside.
  9. Let it reach room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator overnight.
  10. Demould before serving.

Serve it cut in slices with some pouring cream. Carefully pour hot sugar evenly into four ovenproof ramekins or custard cups, tilting cups to coat bottoms evenly. In another saucepan, bring milk just to boiling over medium heat. Stir hot milk, a little at a time, into beaten eggs and egg yolks, until well combined. In a liquidiser, place condensed milk, cream, milk, eggs and vanilla.
