  4. Add garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once the sauce simmers, reduce heat to low and add shredded Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Stir for a few seconds until the cheese fully melts.
  6. In a food processor, add salmon, egg, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend for 10 seconds or until all ingredients are well combined. DO NOT over-blend. Transfer the salmon mixture into a bowl and mix well with the parsley.

  10. Serve on a bun with sauce and/or lemon wedges.
