The ingredients needed to make Leche Flan:
  1. Prepare 3/4 c white sugar
  2. Prepare 1 tall evaporated milk
  3. Make ready 7 egg yolks
  4. Prepare 2 whole eggs
  5. Make ready 1 can (380 g) condensed milk

It has been a regular item in the menu of most restaurants because of its taste, ease in preparation and long shelf life. It can also be added as a component to build other great tasting dessert creations. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Spread caramel evenly over the inside of a flan mold, tilting the mold to make sure the whole surface is covered.

Steps to make Leche Flan:
  1. Make caramel using white sugar. Set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients. Strain then pour into lyanera.
  3. Bake fore 350F for 1 hour using bain marie

Combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, egg yolks, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
