- EGGS: break the eggs in a bowl. then heat 2tsp oil in a pan. add the eggs with white first so that it can hold the yolk. sprinkle some salt, pepper and herbs. serve on plate.
- TOAST: lightly toast the bread on the same pan and apply butter(optional).
- Serve the hash brown, eggs and toast along with tea/juice.
