- Take Fragrant chilli oil:
- Take 1 piece (about 3 cm) cinnamon stick
- Take 3 star anise
- Take 2 stalk spring onion, cut into section

Transfer spareribs and sauce into a shallow, heatproof pan that will fit inside a wok. Set a steaming rack inside of a wok and fill with water almost up to height of rack. - Once cooked, remove from heat, sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve immediately
