  17. Prepare 1 tbsp Chinese Rice Vinegar / Apple Cider vinegar
  18. Make ready 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  19. Make ready 1 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine / apple juice / Grape juice
  20. Prepare 1-2 tbsps Cornflour + water
  21. Get 2 tbsps Chicken stock/ Broth
  22. Get 1-2 tbsps Oyster sauce (optional)

Felicity's hybrid is the perfect kung pao chicken. Start by roasting the peanuts: Heat a teaspoon of oil in a wok over medium heat and add a cup of raw shelled peanuts. Cook for another 5 minutes or so till the sauce thickens and gets well cooked.
  4. Serve hot with Fried Noodles/ Chowmein, Fried Rice or simply with steamed rice
