Instructions to make Carolina Burger:

I follow your recipe except I prefer to use a little higher fat content hamburger meat to ensure juicy burgers. The lower fat hamburger meat is great for the chili though. I also make a little simpler slaw that my mother made. I use green cabbage only with mayo, a squirt of yellow mustard for tang.
