The ingredients needed to make Seafood Paella:
  1. Take 2 cups uncooked short grain rice
  2. Make ready 4 cups chicken broth
  3. Take 1 yellow onion (diced)
  4. Get 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  5. Prepare 200 g chorizo
  6. Make ready 1/2 canned diced tomato
  7. Get Saffron/turmeric powder
  8. Get Paprika powder
  9. Get Salt
  10. Make ready Pepper
  11. Prepare Parsley/spring onion

  13. Get SEAFOOD :
  14. Take Prawn (shelled and devained)
  15. Take Mussel (clean and soaked)
  16. Take Clam (clean and soaked)

Peel and roughly chop the onion, then peel the garlic, keeping them whole. Add the wine and fish stock and bring to the boil. Once evaporated, stir in the chopped tomatoes and chicken stock. No trip to Spain would be complete without sampling their famous rice dish, paella.

Instructions to make Seafood Paella:
  1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Add onion, garlic and chorizo. Until the onion translucent and chorizo release it's flavor.
  3. Add rice and paprika powder and stir well for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato, chicken broth, and Saffron/turmeric. Bring to boil and simmer with medium heat (close the lid) until the rice is cooked (around 20 minutes).
  5. Arrange your seafood on the rice. Make sure you tuck the mussel and clam in the rice. close the lid again and cook until the seafood is fully cooked (around 10 minutes).
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the heat to high and stir well.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley/spring onion. Ready to serve.
