- Prepare 2 cups Besan (Chickpea flour)
- Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

- Take 6-7 Green Chillies

- Prepare 1/4 Cup Coconut flakes
- Take 1/4 cup Peanuts
- Get 3-4 Red Dry Chilies
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Salt
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Then slice each pav but not entirely. It should still be attached at one end. Apply green chutney on one side and tamarind chutney on the other side of the pav. Then apply garlic chutney on top of these chutneys.
Steps to make VadaPav:
- Chutney - Dry roast everything, here I took slightly roasted peanut powder instead raw peanuts.
- Blend it. This chutney improves the taste of vada
- Now in pan take 1 tsp oil on medium flame, add seeds and curry leaves
- Now cook Onion and ginger garlic paste till translucent
- Add the chilli and then remaining stuffing ingredients along with smashed potatoes and cook 1 min
- In another bowl mix the batter ingredients with half cup of water
- Make ball of stuffing, press it on palm, deep in the batter and fry it, fry some chilies as well.
- Cut the pav in the middle, sprinkle chutney then keep vada and serve with chillies.
Apply green chutney on one side and tamarind chutney on the other side of the pav. Then apply garlic chutney on top of these chutneys. Place the fried vada in the center. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Place the green chillies and ginger in a pestle and mortar or small food processor and blitz into a paste.
