  7. Add the chesse while stirring constantly.
  8. Pour the coconut milk and stir constantly for 10mins.
  9. Pour the topping over the cassava cake and spread evenly.
  10. Seperate the yolk from the egg white and glaze the topping with the egg white.
  11. Put the cassava cake again in the oven untill colors turn light brown.
  12. Garnish with grated chesse and serve.
