  4. Now add cardamom powder and mix all well. The entire filling starts to mass up together into a ball like consistency. Filling is ready.
  5. Now for the batter take 1 cup of all purpose flour. Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder  and 1 tablespoon oil. Make it into a smooth dough by adding required water slowly to the mixture and knead well.
  6. Divide the dough and make them into small balls. Roll them into small chapatti and fill them with the above required filling, Now fold them meeting two edges of chapatti together and with a fork tip press the ends together so that all  the sides folded are secure.
  7. Take a frying pan add some vegetable oil and deep fry each stuffed dumplings/chapattis. 
  8. Spread these fried coconut dumpling on a tissue paper and remove excess oil. Serve them hot with a cup of tea.
