- First, drain the water from soaked sago and Sama rice. Add them along with groundnut powder and grated coconut to a blender jar and with the help of buttermilk, grind to a thick smooth paste.
- Now add curd and again grind to a pouring consistency paste. Add baking soda, sugar and mix well. Cover and keep to ferment for 1 hour
- Then add salt, Pepper and mix well. Heat a tawa and pour laddlefull of batter. Make dosas and cook til crispy from both sides.
