  19. Get 1/2 cup Any other choice of vegetable cooked
  20. Get 1 tsp Ghee
  21. Prepare as needed Water
  22. Prepare As needed Coriander leaves to garnish

  5. Lastly, give a tempering of ghee, mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and dry red chillies. Mix, cover and keep.
  6. Serve delicious spicy Sambhar with soft and spongy idlis and enjoy!
