  19. Get 1/2 cup Grated fresh coconut
  20. Take 1/4 cup Chopped coriander leaves
  21. Prepare 4-6 Fried green chillies
  22. Prepare For chutney:
  23. Take 1 cup Chopped Coriander leaves
  24. Get 1/4 cup Chopped mint leaves
  25. Take 2 Chopped green chillies
  26. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  27. Take 1 tsp Cumin powder
  28. Make ready 1 tsp Chaat masala
  29. Prepare 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  30. Make ready to taste Salt and sugar
  31. Get 1/4 cup Readymade sev
  32. Get 1 tsp Cooking oil
  33. Prepare as required Cold Water to mix

  5. Then switch off flame. Check after a minute. Insert a toothpick and if it's clean, the Khaman is done. If batter is still sticking, close and steam for 5 minutes more.
  6. Then remove on counter and cool completely. Remove on a plate by loosening the sides with a knife. Cut into square shapes.
  7. Prepare the tempering by heating oil. Then add the rest of ingredients except water. +Let the Mustard and sesame seeds crackle.) Then switch off flame after 2 minutes. Then add 2 tsp sugar and mix. Slowly add water a from sides and mix well.
  8. Then again boil for 5 minutes till mixture is thick and syrupy. Then pour on Khaman. Then garnish with grated coconut, coriander leaves and fried green chillies. Enjoy immediately with tangy green chutney.l
  9. For chutney: Grind all the ingredients together till you get a smooth paste. Serve with steaming hot Khaman and enjoy!
