  19. Prepare 1 tablespoon Fresh grated coconut
  20. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  22. Take As needed Water to grind
  23. Get 1 tablespoon Coconut oil for tempering
  24. Prepare 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  25. Get 5-6 Black pepper seeds
  26. Prepare 1 tsp Chana daal
  27. Make ready 1 tsp Urad daal
  28. Take 1/4 tsp Asafoetida

Heat tawa until. yummy multi millet dosa is ready to eat with coconut chutney.   2. For chutney : Take a pan. Heat 1 tsp coconut oil. Then add onions, garlic, ginger, 4 to 5 curry leaves and fry well.
  3. Then add tomatoes,black pepper (optional), red chillies and mix. Add salt,turmeric powder and mix well. Add 1 tablespoon water, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. When tomatoes are soft, add grated coconut, and switch off flame. Cool and grind to paste.
  5. For tempering: heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Add mustard seeds, chana daal, urad daal and mix. Add curry leaves, hing, 1 red chill and pour the hot tadka on the chutney and cover it till serving.
  6. To prepare Dosa, add a pinch of baking soda to the batter. Heat a Dosa tawa. Wipe with oil. Then pour batter in circular motion. Flame should be high and tawa should be hot. Pour oil from sides. When it is crisp from all sides, remove and serve hot with tomato chutney! Healthy and tasty millet Dosa is ready to enjoy!
