Steps to make Patra:
  1. Add besan, Green chillies and garlic paste, turmeric powder, Salt, sugar, coriander, sesame seeds. Mix it. Then add curd and make a thick batter
  2. Wash Colocasia leaves and spread batter on leaves. Keep one on the other around 4 to 5 leaves by spreading batter as shown in the picture.
  3. Make roll and then keep it for steaming. Steam it for 15 to 20 minutes
  4. Cut into slices. Fry it on medium flame till it becomes crispy.
  5. Patra is ready. Garnish it with fresh grated coconut.
